I’ve made some changes for now. These changes include deletion of the ‘completed’ and ‘queue’ page. I don’t update them anyways, I find it a huge hassle.
Changes that will be made later are:

I read in the blog that you wanted a new theme so it’s more professional. Understandable, but I liked the funkiness of the other layout. But that’s beside the point.

I’m afraid the review will be slightly biased since I’m a huge fan of your site however, I’m going to be as honest as possible.
I love the cleanliness and tidyness of the layout. It’s very fresh, fun and simple (as stated in the header image).
Your sidebar is very busy. There’s a lot of things that could perhaps be removed such as the quick links and recent comments. Under the Quick Links, Advice Column is already linked in the navigation, Plugboard, Twitter & Submit Your Work can maybe have a quick sentence in the ‘Welcome’ part, and Birthday List could go under the ‘Calendar’. In the end, it’s fully up to you, obviously.

I know I’ve been slacking on updating the queue. The thing is, I have been receiving all of your submissions which overwhelms me when I see them all on the queue.
